• All content included on the website, such as text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Supermandolini.com. It is illegal to reproduce any of Supermandolini's products, website or parts of the website without written permission.
• Supermandolini uses PayPal for any credit card payments and does not store any sensitive information like your credit card information.


• Delivery
• We aim to process orders within 2 working days of receiving payment.
• Concerning products like our canvases those items are made to order. We don't keep stock, so the moment you place an order for a spesific canvas we place an order for a print.
Overall you should add on the estimated post office delivery times 4-5 working days due to the preperation nessasary for the canvas.

• Customs
• You may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.


• Returns & Replacement Policy
• In case you are not happy with your order or if you simply changed your mind you can either request a full refund of the item's (items) value or an exchange for another (others) of the same value or less. (Note: We can't refund shipping charges).

• First of contact us about which order you wish to return, which product and why and if you would like a refund or an exchange. This can be done via our contact form and do not forget to fill the order number field.

• In order to proceed with your request you will have to return your order to us within 10 working days from time of receipt. Returns must be in their original condition, UNWASHED, UNWORN, UNDAMAGED and in their original packaging. We will NOT accept any items that don't fit the above criteria and the refund or exchange will not proceed. In case you change your mind and need the items back you will have to cover shipping charges.

• Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once received. When your return has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.

• If the shipment sent to you is the result of an error made by Supermandolini we will cover all costs involved.

• In the case an order returns to us as a result of a mistake made by you (i.e. wrong delivery address details or miscommunication with your postal service) you will have to cover shipping charges in order to re-ship the order.


• Liability
• We always do our best to ensure that the information available on the website is up to date and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will be error free. In case of an error that has been brought to our attention we will do our best to correct it as quickly as possible.

• Supermandolini does not accept liability for any errors on the site and has the right to change information, images, specifications and descriptions of any products or services.

• Supermandolini will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim.
